Zeal and Passion; the two Elements

Funny how life can toss a different coin at the same time. Unfortunately, this coin is one but of a different phase. The ladder to the next phase begins with smooth skin and then moves to rough skin which is later followed by tougher skin.   Zeal and passion are two things that keeps us going in our life journey. The journey to success is always tough, rough and bumpy. It gets worst when you begin to attain a certain level. Again, zeal and passion are the two elements that keep us moving.  Fear, an unknown enemy that cripples the good fortune and the good future that an individual holds. This element brings even the greatest and mighiest king down on his feet to nothing. But again, zeal and passion are the two elements that keep us moving.  I have a dream. What is the dream? Extend Kindness to the Unkind

There's a quote that struck me and that quote is, “Be kind to unkind people. They need it the most”. This can be very difficult but we have to let positivity transcend.   Life is chaotic, even on a good day. Unfortunately, all the excessive noise can keep you away from the things that matter most. Still, every day provides the opportunity to be kind to others, yet many people let the chance pass them by. Often we are placed amidst showing kindness to those who have betrayed our trust and those who don't reciprocate our kindness. What then can we say or do? All we need is to be intentional. When you are intentional about showing kindness to others despite all odds, it becomes a priority to bring happiness to others and at the same time bring happiness to yourself.  Happiness comes from being kind. Happiness comes from extending your kindness to even the least person without expecting a reward. Be intentional as it makes you who you are.  It’s a fallacy to believe that...

Our Fears Are Turning Into Reality

Life comes in different phases, phases that will one day be extended to us all no matter how we pray and fast about it. The phases are so scary that we fear that getting to that stage of life might destabilize us.  What happens when your fears are turning into reality and your sorrows are beginning to scare you? That moment is when you realize that It takes nothing to shed a teardrop but it takes a mountain to stop the one who cries in a sorrowful manner.  Fear not, the Holy Book says. There's time and season for everything says the Holy Book. What if you and I are not ready to embrace that time and season which stares right in front of us? What can we do? How can we escape it? How can we shift it to another day? These questions are not for the weak to answer.

We will always be grateful to the one who holds us and keeps us. The sustainer of our lives. We can only be grateful to God. It's a beautiful year. A start of a new dawn.
