Do you know that Positive thinking is a key to good life? Truth is, it holds water! 

Your body responds to the way you think, feel, and act. The mind and brain have loads of duties to play in the human body and as such, the way we groom our minds to function will determine the way our bodies will function. 

As we advance in our life journey, we are drawn to the importance of positivity as a source of healthy living and as a way of breaking barriers. 

There comes a time in life when it will seem as though your world is crumbling and falling apart and at that very moment different thoughts will begin to play up in your head. 

Different thoughts will begin to play up. Both good and bad thoughts and most times the thought of giving up feels the mind.

Well, if you feel life is taking a thorn in you, just remember you are better than someone else. 

Those moments are times you should get up on your feet and declare positivity. Be not quick to speak negative words into your life, use action-packed words that reflect optimism.
